There are some that will work with people that have credit issues. Everyone's financial issues are different so they are generally looked at on a case by case basis. Landlords may want additional deposit money but something can usually be worked out. There are also some lease purchase options available if that is the route that you decide is best for you... You qualify with the program; pick a property in one of their approved communities; decide if you want them to renovate the kitchen and bathrooms and add that to the price of the property, you lease the property for up to three years and have the option to buy at a predetermined price at the end of each year.

It depends on the landlord and how bad you credit is. Landlord may be able to work with you if you put more deposit.

Are just looking to rent or possibly to purchase?

I am looking to rent a house while I work on my credit issues. I would like to be ready to buy sooner than later, but I do know it is a timely process.

Yes I am working with a new program, that will buy a home that a buyer is interested in and then rent it back to them for 1 to 3 years until they can buy it. Of course it depends on how bad the credit is. They will even do repairs & add it to the price. Send me an email if you would like details. linda
