Are there any no fee apartments within Jackson Heights, Elmhurst, Woodside? I need at least 2BR, first floor, max of $2100, and close to subway.

Check the local newspapers in the area you are interested in, also sometimes supermarkets or community billboards are advertising apartments. If you belong to a church or a civic organization ask around if anyone knows if someone has an apartment for rent.
Make sure your credit scores are good and you have a good work history landlords are checking for those things today.
Good Luck!

If you don't want to work with an agent check local print media for by owner rentals, always verify ownership before exchanging any money; word of mouth, etc.
