If you're looking for a seasonal rental in a home in Boynton Beach, it is unusual ti find one unless it is located in an active adult community in Boynton.

In addition, you will find that seasonal rental rates are typically double or more than double the standard annual rate. On top of that there is an 11% bed tax that seasonal renters have to pay.

If you give your Boynton Beach real estate agent an idea of what you're looking for in terms of type of rental (condo, single family home) city, and of course, price range, your agent will be able to locate a place that works for you.
