Janice - Are you renting your condo to a renter? If so, then 'yes' the condo hoa fees would be a deduction.

Always consult your accountant, as there may additional deductions that you can take advantage of.

That's a question for a CPA, but I would guess that unless you're running a business out of it, none of your living expenses would qualify for tax deduction.
