Vacation Rentals are good to have furnished. If you are looking for a year lease, advertise both ways, most likely will need to remove the furniture. Lots of variables with this situation. Great question! Raina Musser

You could as try advertising it both ways as other have also suggested, but I still think most renters will want it unfurnished.

If you have pictures of both furnished and without furniture would help potential renters either way they want to go. As long as you are flexible and reasonable in pricing and terms you should be ok

I have many people ask me this question and I always answer the same. Put it up for rent both ways. List it as furnished or unfurnished and take the first good offer, either way. It does not take much money to remove all the furnishings and send them to the auction house.

Hi Mee.
Generally the furnished condos rent well if they are close to the strip (conventionees).
However, you have a greater amount of vacancy.
I don't specialize in these, but can refer you to someone who does.
For an unfurnished condo, you still need to provide a washer, dryer and refrigerator.

Hello Mee... Your best opportunity would be to rent the condo unfurnished unless you could find a Company that did vacation or corporate rentals. Most prospective tenants have their own furniture so that's definately the way to go. If there is anything we can do do help.. please dont hesitate to call, text, or email.

Thank you for your business

Hi Mee,
Most local renters have their own furniture. People that relocate to Las Vegas, most often time have their own furniture too. There are a small amount of renters that will be looking to rent a furnished condo. I would recommend un furnished , and if you get a person that will be interested in a furnished condo, you can always furnishe it.

My company has a great property management that are very experienced and professional. If you need more information, please contact me.

Mee, My husband and I are with with one of the top Property Management Companies in Vegas with over 300 homes and condos in management. If you'll email or call us, we'll let you know which is the best dirrection to take. You might consider offering it either way if it's allready furnished. Yes there is a market but it depends on location and price range. We'll do a market search for you and give you the facts so you can make a decision. Thanks, Kim and Matt

Yes Mee - There certainly is a market for furnished condo rentals. Feel free to e-mail/call me anytime.
I can help you decide which option may be better for you depending on the building's rental timeframe restrictions and the condo's size.

There is, it usually doesn't raise the rent $ amount by much though. Usually people who are moving from outside of Las Vegas look for furnished condos and high rises. Email me and I will get it rented out for you.
