Gas and water are usually around $100/month.

Electricity will vary depending on your carrier. Rates can be found from $.09 to $.15 or more per kilowatt hour. This is true for all of the Houston/Pearland area.

Utilities will vary depending no your use and the size or energy efficiency of the home. There are way too many variables to give an answer. Each person is different. How often do you water your lawn? How cool do you like your home in the summer? These two questions alone will determine 90% of your actual utility costs.... much more than the area you are living in.

Contact CenterPoint. Keep in mind what one person's utilities can be very different from another at the same house. One may keep the a/c on 70 and the other 78. One may work from home the other spend most time away from home.
