There are property managers that do not do credits checks; however, as a property manager myself, if I have a prospective renter that is honest and upfront with me, their credit does not count against them in a case such as yours. Feel free to call me and we can discuss your options. If you are interested in purchasing, we work with mortgage brokers that do credit repair and purchase planning. Thank you

Let me recommend Brian Michaud, Loan Originator for Innovative Mortgage Services Inc. 904-233-2072 and Brian.homeloan@gmail.com. He has worked for the past 20 years plus helping people with credit issues. Give him a call or email and tell him I gave you his name. Who knows, you may be ok to move forward. Let me know if there is anything else I can do for you.
