Assuming you are talking about a condo-tel, as an investment, most banks will not lend on condo tels, limiting yourself to buyers with cash. Appreciation will be greater in a "regular" condo but your investment costs will probably be greater. If you would like to contact me about what your goals are with your investment please give me a call.

Hi Anne;

Condotells association fees may be some what less than a regular condo however the major difference is on most condotells you cnnot homestead your property based on their bylaws.!!

Also if you are signed on their rental program you recive 50/50 or 40/60 profit from the rental fees all depending on their agreements.

Feel free to call me anytime if any questions @386-334-2226
