I would recommend it! You never hear anyone saying, "I wish I didn't have this fire extinguisher laying around." But you do hear people wishing they had one.

There should always be a fire extinguisher in the apartment. If you do not have one it would be a good idea to get one. That way if you ever have an emergency you are ready and prepared. It can really be a helpful tool to have whether or not it's required.

Fire extinguishers are something that everyone should have. Even if you are in a small apartment, you still want to protect yourself from a potential fire. It is better to be safe then sorry. Plus if you have it, then Murphy's Law is that nothing will happen to make you use it.

In my opinion, there should always be a fire extinguisher in an apartment, ideally in the kitchen. Regardless of whether or not it is required by law, having a fire extinguisher on hand is always a good idea. They are not expensive to maintain, so I don't see any reason not to. Make sure that you keep it filled and inspected.

Fire extinguisher Should be installed in every property but is not required. Usally apartment buildings have a near by water Hydrant. Each state has different building codes and regulations .

I also believe that everyone should have a fire extinguisher in their homes. It is often not required, but it is certainly an easy precaution to take. I worked in kitchens for many years, and fires are pretty easy to start.
