Hi Andreea,

I Just sold a duplex on NSB Beachside a couple of months ago. The investor who bought it rented each side 2BR/2BA/1CG for $750 a month. I do agree w/ Maggie Sherry Tarr is great I worked w/ her for 4 years before she moved to Watson. She was w/ our company for over 15 years. Great Property manager. NSB beachside great choice.

When you are ready to buy..... Let me know there are some great deals in NSB. You could own for what you pay in rent. I would love to be your REALTOR!

Happy Thanksgiving!

My office is located in the 32169 zip code. We have a full-time property management department that handles rentals. Call Sherry Tarr at (386) 428-7355, and let her know I referred you. Good luck.

I do not handle rental in that area. I know someone who does. She is a Realtor and lives in NSB beachside. Email me and I will send you her contact info.
