If I'm understanding correctly, your client wants to rent the house? Its very unlikely. First, they aren't in the business of property management and are not set up to deal with everything that comes with renting property. Second, its not on the market but will be at some point. They want to get their money out of the house and be done with it. With much of loan losses being shared with the feds for many banks, I don't ever see them renting out foreclosed homes.
