I am looking to rent a 2-3 bedroom house in the Dilworth area. Move in date August 1. Is there any good listings available?

Good evening, Sean:
Availability will of course vary depending on your monthly payment. In many cases, it is much less costly to buy than to rent. Here are some rental sites that might help.

If you want a no obligation quote on what your monthly payment for a purchase would be, just ask. If you appreciate an answer, please give "thumbs up". For the most helpful answer, please say thanks with a "best answer" click.

Is the Dilworth area your choice because of the school assignment or the location? I see several in the area but more options in neighboring areas such as Cotswold. What is your target price range? Do you have school aged children you are accommodating in your search?

Call me if I can be of further assistance and send you a link to your options.

Blessings upon you...
