I am a subtenant,the master tenant has moved out and the building has recently sold .Should I expect a 30 day notice?

The new ownets offered 240.00 if I moved out yesterday..what could happen now?

Most leases do not allow for subleasing with out approval from the owner. If you had received written approval from the previous owner then your lease would still be valid with the new owners; if not, you are occupying the unit illegally and the owners may actually start eviction proceedings.

I've attached a link to a NY Landlord Tenant Pamphlet that is the first place to start. If you are not on the lease and they want you out, it's likely they will exercise their rights, you should know yours. You may want to consider a Real Estate Attorney for further advice about your specific situation.
