I am a new landlord and would like to obtain a residential lease agreement exactly like the one drafted by Arizona Realtors (Jan 2013 version).

If you go to http://www.aaronline.com and type "Residential Lease Agreement" in the search box you will find the January 2013 version of the document.

Good luck!

Hi Polin,

There are many good leases available. I believe you can obtain one, along with many other important and useful landlord forms from The Secretary of State's office. Otherwise you can go online and find one. To obtain the Arizona Realtor's version, I would suggest hiring a Realtor to write the lease for you along with the many important addendums. It would be wise to consult someone who has experience as a landlord and knows Tenant/Landlord law.

I just bought a townhouse and am about to rent it out. I already did all the credit and criminal check. I would like to do this myself. Thanks.
