Every office is different. My office, Coldwell Banker Weir Manuel charges a $75.00 transaction fee for a lease. If you have any additional questions, feel free to call me direct at 313-289-5165.

Let me clarify...that transaction fee is once a lease has been fully executed. We DO NOT charge to show a property.

No. If I can't help them, I refer them to other rental agencies in our area and rental sites. But never charge a fee to show.

I do not charge a fee for showing a lease. I am not sure if other agents do.

I'm not sure I understand your question.... but I don't charge a fee to show a lease. Only if my client is accepted and signs the lease is payment typically made to the agent.
