Hi Marc,
I would prefer to buy. 15 years of rent is almost the same as buying a property. But if you enjoy your freedom as a tenant, then just rent ! I know people happy as tenants. it's up to you.

Just as a reference I enclosed a link from the new york times with a tool to calculate the advantages of renting or buying.

Hi Marc,
It all depends, if you have short term needs or just wanting to try a neighborhood before purchasing, then yes rent, but if you are looking at long term and you knbow where you want to live then it is good to buy given that prices are still at good prices, and there are gains in property values. You can reach out to me and I can assit you, no cost to you of course. I hope I answered your question and we can talk more in details in your wants and desires in a rent vs buy situation.

Thank you,

I wish to be on the thin line of both buying & renting.'Why 'has a reason...Personal experience on the queries of house hunters, I noticed that there is a great shift of quest from the sub-urban Miami to the cosmopolitan Miami beach real estate properties. If you rent, well, if you buy , the best you could have ..

Thanks you .
