what are the current per square foot costs to build a new single family residencial 1 or 2 story house in Los Angeles and Orange Counties. Good quality material and construction.

Well For just the bricks & sticks it's around $60.00 a sq. ft. that does not include the land and fees.

Low cost is approx $100.00 per sq. ft. average is $125.00-$150.00 per sq. ft. And high with upper end fixtures an flooring $200.00 per sq. ft.
