Hi Mike a coulpe other thing to consider would be any speciald equipment you might have to rent, permits and are you Bonded on a job this big owner would want to know he has an out if somthing goes wrong. A couple other thing is timing and are you going to have to hire help. be sure you let owner know if repairs are going to be needed that owner would have to pay in addition to painting costs and that delays might have a cost to if repairs are needed. Try and cover your bases and don't under bid and get stuck doing a job that costs you instead of making money Good luck Brad

See the blog I wrote on how to price a foreclosure cleanout/trashout service: http://www.trulia.com/blog/don_tepper/2010/06/foreclosure_tr…

The concept is the same. You determine what your time is worth per hour. You determine the number of hours it'll take. You add in supplies. You add in expenses of any other labor you have. And you add in a percentage for your overhead and for profit.

The only "tricky" part is estimating the number of hours it'll take. Other than that, you'll already have all the information you need.

Hope that helps.
