I own a 2 bed, 2 full bath condo just outside of Boston. It's in a very nice building and I've already done some updates but I'd like to get rid of the 80's era tub and put in a tiled walk-in shower in the master bath. The other bath has a full tub/shower combo. To me this is an upgrade but I'm wondering if I'll lose value if I have to list it as having 1 3/4 baths instead of 2 full baths. Thanks in advance for any help.
