Hello Theresa-
I know a guy/ worked with him that does foundation inspections on homes. Been in the concrete/ formwork business a long time. I believe he charges about $175 for an inspection. If you're serious about that, it might be a good idea. (feel free to PM me...)
many regular home inpectors don't really know a ton about the foundation itself. Just FYI.
Good luck,
Ken L.

Theresa do you mean does it have a structural problem? It would not be appropriate for A realtor to answer that question, you should hire a structural engineer.

There appears to be no mention/disclosure of a bad foundation however there are the following disclosures which will make it a very difficult to purchase:
Short Sale. Extensive knob & tube present estimates in hand- $5,000. Conventional lending needed.
Exclusions: Currently tenant occupied. Lease expires 8/31/2010. Rent is $1300 per month.

I have additional documentation on this property that I can't attach to a trulia post. If you want them sent to you in email format contact us at info@territoryre.com
