Contact the developer directly and request a copy of the association documents. These documents and the developer should guide you as to the requirements concerning pavers in driveways. If allowed, you will have to get approval from the developer and a permit from Cooper City should be pulled by the company doing the installation for you.

You will need to submit a request to the architectural review board of the homeowner's association and provide drawings and samples so they know exactly what you plan to do and be able to determine if it is in keeping with the rest of the community driveways.

For Monterra, you should contact your HOA management company, Miami Management - 954-839-2695 and they will guide you with this.

I hope this helps!

It sounds like you live in a Complex with an HOA,
You should refer to your CCRs about having a driveway different from everyone else:
It sounds like you already have, and they will not let you.

Welcome to the world of HOAs!

Which is more important to you, living there, or having pavers in your driveway;
because you can't have both!
