Foundation check needed ASAP

Asked by Ann Du, Austin, TX Sat Apr 30, 2011

It's late. It's the weekend, but I need someone to come out and give me an estimate on foundation repair tomorrow, Sunday 5/1 in Austin. Can anyone help?

Did you get what you needed? I'd be interested to know what you decided to do.

Did you find someone to bid your foundation repairs?
And if you need a loan to cover the foundation repairs after the loan has closed, don't forget to use HUD 203(k) Renovation Loan for purchasing and rehabbing properties.

My colleagues have given you some contacts to call, if you are at the end of an option period you may want to eat the fee to opt out and then when you get the foundation info. you need, submit a new offer.
Good Luck!

Call Isaac Benavides at Centex, 444-5438. Why the immediate need? If a repair is required, it's going to take some time. Or are you at the end of an option period? If so, you might ask for more time and get an amendment through to make it legit.

Good luck!
