Can anyone recommend a reputable company to tear down a 900 sq ft frame house built in 1930's and garage in Little Forest Hills? Estimated cost?

You can contact http://www.reoprep.com for a list of approved vendors in your area. Many of the banks hire specific demo companies for specific reasons. If you use one of our approved vendors you are working with the best in the industry with the most affordable pricing.

We could definitely help you with that. We are a full service real estate and remodeling company, MD Rose Realty and Renovations. We would have to come to the site to give you an estimate. To view some of our past remodeling projects our company website is http://www.helpyourenovate.com we are actually working on a small remodel right now on Lakeland so definitely in your neighborhood!

Est. cost would come from the contractor. HOWEVER you will be required to obtain city permits to tear down any structure

I use and recommend Lindamood Demolition 972.7210898. They are a very professional organization and very reasonably priced. I would guess it could cost between 2500.00 and 3000.00 to tear down and remove.
Let me know if I can be of further assistance
