House apraised @$135,000. Tax Value of $123,000. Seems structurally sound but hasn't been updated since built in 1960's.

I'm a HUD listing agent for Coldwell Banker Heritage Realtors in the Dayton Metro area, of which Fairborn is a part. Many of the HUD listings are in need of repair/updating. Your selection of an agent in the area should not be predicated on whether the agent lists fixer-uppers or mansions or how large his or her brokerage may be.
