So long as you completed the renovations with permits, an appraiser can consider the added bedroom and bathroom (or added square footage) as part of a new appraisal. A local Realtor in your area can give you some comparables in your area for 5 bedroom 2 bath homes, but only an appraiser can give you an "appraised value" for your home. And because there is quite a lot of work involved in determining an appraised value (as well as liability), appraisers will not provide this information for free.
Again, a local Realtor in your area will be able to recommend appraisers familiar with your neighborhood who can provide you with an appraisal for your newly remodeled home.
