Hello Bricenomartin,
I am not a mold expert but I have had a few transaction which I represented the buyer where there was mold involved. One had an upstairs bathroom leak into the downstairs bathroom. It was a bank owned property. My client decided to call out a mold inspector. He furnished a report and we sent it to the bank along with a request for repair and remediation. Knowing that they couldn't sell the home in present condition to just anybody they agreed to do the work.
Depending on the severity there are home test kits you can purchase from Home Depot that will tell you if there is mold in the air. This can be a good thing to do before you call out the mold inspector. The cost for these inspectors can add up. Not only do you pay there fee for coming out. You have lab fees to test the spores.
Hope this helps!

Good luck!

San Diego is about sun, fun and adventure.....lots of water and parks and and city events. It is a city made up of many neighborhoods with something for everyone. On any given day, there are free or low priced recreational and cultural events. Balboa Park, Kayaking, Bike Riding, Little Italy, The Padres, The Chargers, The Embargo, Asian, Ethiopian, Middle Eastern, Indian, Greek,Mexican & Continental restaurants; you want it, we got it!! We have the Old Globe theater in Balboa Park, The Symphony, La Jolla, Sand Castle,Mission Bay ...omigosh! As far as real estate goes, there is a price point for every one. Live in the country, live in the city. With 4.5% interest rates, there are bargains here. I sell all over San Diego, but my primary territory is Point Loma, Ocean Beach. Water related communities just minutes from downtown. ... more
