Jamie, talk to your realtor and the selling agent. My suspicion is that they'll need to remove the MLS listing regarding your purchase, but the information may still be available via other websites that pull sales and tax data from the county/city records. I'd start by either contacting the county or the city depending on whether you're in incorporated/unincorp RWC and asking whether it's possible to keep that information from going online. I've been told that there are ways to do it involving putting the sales price on a second page of the forms submitted. But it will probably still be available should someone go in and look at the paperwork.
