It all depends if the bank hired a Realtor to sell the property and is was then listed on the MLS.
Sometimes if it goes into auction, it will not be included in the MLS data.

It will drop about 20% in 2008-2009. Check out the radio interview of Mr. Norris with various real estate experts. I believe the market is going to be bloody.
