Bayfront is in the heart of Naples, on Naples Bay, and a short walk to Old Naples and its fine restaurants and shops. Bayfront is among the premiere locations in Naples, and, therefore, well populated and safe. This Bayfront building has its own pool on the same floor as the unit, as well as a larger common pool for all of Bayfront. The condos are very safe, with key only access, not only to the elevator, but to and from the parking garage. ... more

Rentals especially seasonal ones can be hard to find when you have pets. Also seasonal rentals at the moment are mainly looking for 3 months, ie. January, Febuary and March. Its easier for the owner if they can get a long season rental and most of them hold out until just before season, at that point, if they have not rented for the three months, then they will take lower rents or rents of 1, 2 or 3 months. My advice, when you see something you like, do not delay! Jump on any opportunities you find. My site is updated daily directly from the MLS, so it's as up-to-date as you can get. You can also search by map, which is useful. ... more

What specifics are you interested in...still going, but all development in Naples has slowed. Expect the area to continue to bloom once the economy picks up. I have been a full time Realtor in Naples for the past ten years, and prior to that I worked for a very large publishing company in town as an advertising agent and they publish the SW Florida Chamber of Commerce annual magazines. So, I am very familiar with the area!

How is your search going? What are you trying to accomplish?
