Rentals especially seasonal ones can be hard to find when you have pets. Also seasonal rentals at the moment are mainly looking for 3 months, ie. January, Febuary and March. Its easier for the owner if they can get a long season rental and most of them hold out until just before season, at that point, if they have not rented for the three months, then they will take lower rents or rents of 1, 2 or 3 months. My advice, when you see something you like, do not delay! Jump on any opportunities you find. My site is updated daily directly from the MLS, so it's as up-to-date as you can get.
