I just closed a bank foreclosure property. The sellers had removed the entire kitchen, the well pump, and all of the bathroom fixtures before the foreclosure took place. The financing was done by Union Savings Bank. The buyer put 10% down. This is a conventional loan. You will need to provide the bank with a list of estimates for the repairs. They may ask you to escrow some funds for the repairs. It's worth looking into.
