I just received this inquir from Trulia.com. I'm not sure when you asked the question.
"If a seller is asking 199K and total market appraisal is 250K, what is a reasonable bid offer"??
There are several other items that I would need to know including, but not limited to: What is the Tax Valuation for the property, What are the ameneties, what part of the County is it located, what is the source of the "Market Appraisal" , and what is the sellers reasons for the sale?
Just looking at the question alone, I'd say if a property has a value of 250K and the seller is asking 199K and there are "NO ISSUES" that would be a detrament to the property, 199 sounds like a deal. But in real estate as in most things, if it sounds too good to be true, you better dig a little deeper.
