Unfortunately Trulia does not allow home owners to list homes on Trulia. But there are some other websited you can list on.

Just so you are aware, home owners who list without an agent on average get about 8-10% less for their homes. This is because potential buyers think they can get a good deal from you since you wont have an agent to represent you.

If you ever change your mind and consider listing with an agent, feel free to contact me and I can refer a good agent to you in your area.

Yes, the taxes are abled to be appealed every first quarter. Taxes on this type of house are based on assessed value of 900k when the sale will be about 775k. So the taxes would be appealed and adjusted. thanks Jeff ... more

What you typically find is that a PUD will be single family (usually detached) dwelling, and will have some manner of HOA dues (home owner's association). Many PUD developments share a common area such as a clubhouse, pool, etc., and often the dwellings are similar in size, type and style.
