Have you ever wondered why it is pretty difficult to contact a genuine hacker that is sincere and can get job done? Well the reason is simple, it is simply because there are a lot of impersonators here seeking for whom to rip off their hard earn money. Here comes a solution - some 3weeks ago, I stumbled into this CYBERDON (CYBERDON@CLERK.COM; +19123883132) who helped me fix my CREDIT REPORT after losing my money to some imposters here. When I contacted him, my average CREDIT SCORE was in the low 500 range. After he finished working on my REPORT in just 10 days, my CREDIT SCORE increased to 780, all the negative items on my REPORT were removed permanently and he added good stuffs. No matter how low your SCORES are and how bad you believe your CREDIT is, he can help you fix it. He is really good. ... more

We’re excited you’re using Trulia for your home search process. We are a real estate search engine so we don't represent the homes found on our site. Please follow these steps to begin your home search:

1. Click the "Rent' tab at the top of our homepage.
2. Enter your desired city and state in the search bar and hit Enter.
3. Click 'Max Price' to select what your highest price would be to pay for a home. Click 'Min Price' to set the lowest price you would pay.
4. Click 'More Filters'.
5. Select your preferred property type, square footage, etc.
6. Click the red 'Apply' button.

This will begin to pull up listings that are more tailored to what you are looking for.

If you are interested in a listing, click on the "Contact the agent" button to get in touch with a real estate professional in your area. You can also take advantage of our vast network of agents here:

I was in the same position (bad credit), but my co worker told me about a credit repair company in Florida they was able to remove the negative items on my credit which helped to bring my score up, they then signed me up for this company which helped to use my rental payment history to boost my score up even more. They have tons of ways to get your credit back on track and get you approved. Check them out she's supper helpful and consultations are free.

Try calling a few of the local property management companies in the area.... Block and Associates; Stevens Realty in Cary; and talk to someone there. They manage homes for owners who live elsewhere and each owner has some say who rents the properties. Friends of mine got a rental within 2 weeks of filing for bankruptcy because they could both prove steady employment and a clean history. Bad things happen to good people and there are good people out there willing to give those a second chance. Good Luck ... more

I completely disagree with Ernie's response. I've resided in rental properties in Charlotte for the last 3 years, and it is exceedingly difficult to find well-priced rentals near good schools. Apartments and houses that know they are in a good school zone will make that information more prominent and will often offer it to people they think have children in order to promote a sale. If you see a rental, as either a house or apartment, that has more square footage, amenities, or other offerings that stand out from the crowd for a ridiculously low price, the odds are fairly good that the school zone in that area is abysmal. ... more
