First Trulia is now owned by Zillow Group. Second Trulia and Zillow is a media marketplace that allows realtors, property managers, landlords and owners to list and market their homes for sale. Therefore, Trulia does not have any representatives that would be qualified to speak at your Expo.

The best people to speak at your expo are New York City realtors, lenders, co-op Board members, condo HOA board of directors, landlords and property management t companies.

and based on the quality of Buyers on the market today....

and Based on the Bank and Mortgage Brokers Requirements today..

I have to say it loud and clear...with no doubt...

the price will keep increase for at least 2 to 3 years more..

Over the past year I have completed CIS Scores for all homes I visit. During this process I record the data presented by Z and three other online evaluation sources. Only one has proven to be better than a bad joke.

One reason for the great disparity in the values and stats presented is each program defines comparable differently. Some rely on proximity to define comparable. Others will include distressed sales into the calculation. And some make little effort to distinguish homes located on very busy roadways from secluded homes, town homes from single family homes, multi-family from single family, and most do not have all the sales that occurred over the last 3 months.....and NONE factor concessions into the effective sold price equation.

Other that that, I don't know why the number are wildly different.

There probably are, but they are going to be really hard to find. I think Long Island city has a lot of residents and the demand in cities is always high when it comes to apartments. I think it would be best if you just looked for a place to buy, or a place to rent. It really only depends on how long you want to be there.

If it is not correct, contact Trulia to remove your apartment from being listed, or contact the company that is "selling" your property to correct this mistake.

You may be right about the common charges, those are usually obtained by the real estate professional from the seller, but in this case the property shows as foreclosure, and therefore, may be wrong.

if you are interested specifically in Douglaston/Little neck area. the middle school is MS 67 (aka Louie Pasteur) from there we are zoned for Cardozo high school. if you have heard of the Davinci program,
