For people who live here in San Tan Valley, there are areas that ARE safer than others. Talk to the people who live in the neighborhoods and they will be honest with you. Some subdivisions, a lot on the southern end of STV have a lot of break-in activity (cars and homes), vandalism and juvenile delinquents running around at all hours of the night.
Johnson Ranch and Copper Basin....just look at the FB community pages for San Tan Valley Crime Reports and you'll find out a lot.

Some of the larger banks have been put under indictment. I'm not totally sure that's the problem. But they are the big 5.

The agent that stands out is the person who follows up relentlessly. Anyone can put a flyer in the door or mail something. Who is following up with consistent and valuable information. As a listing agent, I try to give my potential clients information that they can use at the same time that I am calling, mailing or dropping something off to them. Listing agents must be professional marketing experts. The first clue is are they aggressively marketing themselves. ... more

Hello Ruben. Just wanted to follow-up on my response to your question from a few weeks ago.

USDA just announced that they are postponing the boundary adjustments until JAN 15th, 2014. That means that a good portion of Queen Creek is STILL within their boundaries, but it likely won't be that way after JAN 15th.

This gives you enough time to find a home and get started on a USDA loan!

Let me know if you need help searching for a home; I'd love to assist you!

Thanks!
