Herons Landing in Long Grove is getting city water in 2012. They will be one of the only neighborhoods in Long Grove with both city water and public sewers. If you would like to see any of the listings, please do not hesitate to call me, Judy Greenberg at 847-602-5435.

We just moved to unincorporated Long Grove and have well water but city sewer. I would not worry too much about well water but I would NEVER be on a septic system. Our community has everything set up for city water but our builder says it will be a few years at least. We spent a few thousand dollars to add filtration systems and our water quality seems to be fine. I hope that helps.

All of Kildeer is well water except a new subdivision being built at the northeast corner of Quentin & Rt 22 called Kildeer Estates. They range in price from $600,000-$700,000. The school districts there are district 96 & Stevenson High school. All of Long Grove is well water except a small area that is considered unincorporated Long Grove just north of the Gilmer/Midlothian intersection in a subdivision called Indian Creek Club. Part of Indian Creek Club attends Stevenson and part attends Mundelein High School. The price range of homes in Indian Creek Club range from $400,000-$700,000. I can send you pictures and information on the homes available there just let me know. If you have any other questions feel free to ask I'm happy to help!
