Colony bend, located along William Trace Blvd, is zoned for great schools, Colony Bend Elementary, First Colony Middle school and Clements high, all rated recognized based on FBISD 2007 accountability ratings. Low tax rate around 2.23. City of Sugar Land and First colony mall is near by. Very easy access to many nice restaurants and grocery stores on hwy6. Homes in the subdivision were built around late 70' or 80'. HOA is mandatory. Sugar Land was ranked as 3rd best place to live and one of the safest cities in US.

Colony Bend is a subdivision in the First Colony area of Sugar Land. It is convenient to the 59 Fwy, the First Colony Mall, shopping and restaurants. First Colony is a great community with many amenities. I am very familiar with the city of Sugar Land and would be more than happy to help you find your new home!
