If a buyer client of mine would ask the question, my suggestion would be to drive through the area
during different days of the week and different times of the day, and get a feeling for the area, to see if
that type of neighborhood would fit their needs and desires.
Realtors really cannot tell good or bad of a certain neighborhood, they can though tell you what the
neighborhood has, like access to public transportation, various types of properties and their pricing,
Schools by name and location, but they cannot tell you good or bad or.... because it could be perceived
as steering a buyer either into or away from an area and that is against the law and the code of ethics of all Realtors...
