What is it like to live in Wrigleyville,

I have to agree with Edith. It is very important for a client to explore the neighborhood they are interested in before making a decision to actually live in s neighborhood. That being said, Wrigleyville is a very vibrant neighborhood filled with a variety of types of dwellings to live in from multi unit building to single family homes. Architecturally Wrigleyville has classic old world buildings and single family homes to the most contemporary in style. Within walking distance of most homes people will find no shortage of coffee shops, shops of all types, gastropubs, bars, and restaurants. Wriglleyville has easy access to the lake front and has several Chicago Park District Parks scattered throughout the neighborhood.

During cubs games or evening concert venues congestion and parking can be a challenge due to the population density and the nightlife destination Wrigleyvilles is.

A lot of Cubs games. There is a lot of stuff going on in the area. I suggest you visit it during game days, off games, and not in peak season.

Fun but congested, particularly on game days. Spend some time there and see if you like it. That's the only way to determine if it's right for you.

If a buyer client of mine would ask the question, my suggestion would be to drive through the area
during different days of the week and different times of the day, and get a feeling for the area, to see if
that type of neighborhood would fit their needs and desires.

Realtors really cannot tell good or bad of a certain neighborhood, they can though tell you what the
neighborhood has, like access to public transportation, various types of properties and their pricing,
Schools by name and location, but they cannot tell you good or bad or.... because it could be perceived
as steering a buyer either into or away from an area and that is against the law and the code of ethics of all Realtors...
