I would call around to several different management Co's & see what programs they use or do NOT use ANYMORE FOR ALL THEIR committees. Century Management, Coloney Property Management (954) 801-0123..there are several out there. Good Luck & if the committee would like to list me as a neighborhood broker..that would be AOK w/me or call George Coloney at Castelli Real estate Services on Las Olas for his advice.. 954-801-7320.
Have a great evening!

Brandon,

I like Ron`s answer. He is right. On the web people will only discuss issues but won't physically get involved. Yes, Knock on doors, gather families, host the first meeting at your house, make an agenda and arrange for people to get involved in committees and sub-committees, and etc.

Why does everything have to be done WITH THE WEB?

Have you considered knocking on some doors, and metting your neighbors?

Evidently not!
