I have been married for 16 yrs and I think the most important feature is some private space. It could be a room, a garage, even a desk that is an exclusive space. Where it is a personal expression of the individual, weather it is messy or surrounded by silly things that you like or just a place to express yourself with no judgment from your sig other. oh and the jacuzzi tub wouldn't hurt either.

I am going to go w/ closet space. I've been into some homes that have clutter everywhere and you can feel the negative energy. Closet space and some organization should fill the house w/ some good energy.

Wow.... love the answers! Both hilarious and informative~

The features I can think of that would make life lived blissfully in a home are:

-cozy backyard with table and chairs for tea
-sun room to bask in the warmth of the sun, watch sunrise and sunsets
-study room for when work needs to be done
-an open kitchen to the dining and living room with a stereo system
-movie projector & cozy sofa
-washer & dryer
-closet space

Lastly, good feng shui =)
