Amanda,
I would agree with most of the answer, Treasure Hills is established neighborhood. You can find newer homes depending on what you are looking for in a home. Stuart Place, Rodriguez, Long, and Means Elementary are also good school. Also being a former teacher in the district and my wife still working in the school. If you not from the area you would need to come and visit and decide the area in which you would like to live. Any help I can do for you please let us know.

Stuart Place Road or Bass Blvd., Treasure Hills area is old and homes are very dated. The neighborhood is getting run down, lots of cars on the streets. I wouldn't let my kids play around there.

Amanda,
Treasure Hills is an excellent school, but so it Stuart Place or Long. We also have clients who are requesting the new Means Elementary.
