Good Morning Bella,

One detail about Miami that will always make it a magical city is there is somethign for everyone. Whether you are looking for a home, nightlife, or adventure the diversity is absolute. Based on your wants and needs each community has something to offer. From Aventura to Pinecrest you will find a home and quality of life that is easy to enjoy.

In Sunny Isles Beach, Florida there is a new residential commercial project being developed named St. Tropez. A Trio of towers offering waterfront condominium residences and the new city of Sunny Isles Towne Center nestled on the Intracoastal Waterway. The three towers sit on a common base that is a tribute to an old Mediterranean village and exemplifies the charm and charisma of the South of France. The street level of St. Tropez will soon become the City of Sunny Isles Towne Center featuring beautiful upscale dining and shopping attractions. The towers themselves will be true Italian works of art reflecting a sleek and Modern design. Price Ranges from $600’s-$2.6M.

Hello Bella,

Most importantly, what do you really need and want in a vacation home and what kind of environment would make you feel more like HOME.

There are lots of great spots to choose from in that price range! I suggest Bal Harbour, Surfside, Sunny Isles Beach; to start! Oceanfront is the way to go; but there are some great buys on Biscayne Bay as well.

Hello..hope all is well with the both of you. It really all depends what youre looking for... Coral Gables and South beach are both great areas but they are different. South beach is a bit more lively, generally younger people, trendy, more of a night life (clubs , bars, lounges). Coral gables is also a great has variety of excellent restaurants, there is a mall... Merrick Park.... in coral gables that is dedicated to only high end designer shopping (hugo boss, neiman marcus, nordstrom , and designer stores), I would say the difference is coral gables is more calm laid back more of a family atmosphere compared to the night life and constant action going on in south beach. IF any of you have any questions regarding your mortgage/financing options (amount down payment required, mortgage payments, rates) feel free to ask! My name is Javier. MY office is located in the heart of downtrown coral gables. Good luck!

Miami is a wonderful city that is full of life.

Our recommendation is to plan an information gathering tip to Miami, not for the purpose of buying but collecting as much information on the area as possible that will support your final decision.

It is difficult to speculate on another persons dreams. But it sounds like you are heading in the right direction at the right time. Start planning a fun trip today.

Please let ou know if there is anything we can do to assist you.

Good luck,

Actually, despite the previous answer, there's nothing in the code of ethics that forbids Realtors from providing advice in response to the question you asked. In fact, that's one of the benefits of working with a Realtor. Sounds like you've got a good plan. Find a Realtor who knows the area.

Good luck.
