Mom has dementia, finalizing Title 19, have no backup on Inverness, FL lots owned and sold yrs ago. HELP

Asked by Louann Meidenbauer, Wauksha, WI Fri Sep 19, 2008

Wisconsin families need the last bit of info we are now asked to provide county about Inverness lots sold ??? We believe it sold move than five yrs ago and should not affect the Title 19 process but we need proof. If only info we know is the lots were in Inverness, probably sold 4-8 years ago, is there any advice on where to look? She had two letters in file from Land Research Foundation in Beaverton, OR and NRLL in Irvine, CA that both offered to buy her land and both have the same 19E-19S-12-0110-00080-0340 info in subject line. I have emailed Land Research and know it is a long shot I will hear from them with helpful info. NRLL did not have an email address on document but if I find one I will send same request for help to them. Anxious to hear from anyone that has constructive advice on how to find proof of sale on this land.. Thank you. Louann

Call the county recorders office for Iverness, FL and they should be able to tell you the name and date of the last sale. At the very least they should be able to tell you if they make that information available online somewhere.

Second I would cross post the question to the Iverness, FL area in Trulia. A local agent might be able to check the local MLS to see if there is any information listed.
