I would like to get my feel about living in Winston-salem. Is Town&Country a safe neighborhood?

Asked by Ewa, 19114 Tue Jun 19, 2007

What would be a fair price to pay for a nice 3BR/2Bath home?

I answered your question earlier but was not really clear. Winston is a Great City. I have lived here for over 13 years and cannot see ever leaving. As for Town and Country neighborhood, it is nice. Again, I have done mortgages for several homes in that neighborhood. I have several friends that live in the neighborhood.

Actually, one of my local Realtors just listed a house in Town & Country neighborhood. You can visit their website at http://www.sandyandkirsten.com or email them at sandy@sandyandkirsten.com for more information about that listing and others.

Hope this information is helpful. Please remember I am here if you need financing for you new home. Visit my website at http://www.mortgagesfrombill.com.

I know several people that have done business with me that were either moving in to that neighborhood or refinanced homes in it.

If you need to talk about your mortgage needs, feel free to contact me.

The Town and Country neighborhood is a really nice neighborhood. It is a large neighborhood with tennie and pool available for a membership fee. If you are new to the area, there are a lot of really nice communities in the area that area comparble. Price ranges in Town and Country are $160,000 - $200,000. I am also a Realtor in the Winston-Salem area and would be happy to show you this and other neighborhoods to help you get aquainted with the area. Visit http://www.PennyBoyles.com

Thanks for your question on Town and Country Estates. This location has long been a favored neighborhood in our wonderful town. The homes overall are spacious and the yards are generous for your real estate dollar. There are community amenities such as tennis courts and swimming pool. Also, there is a great variety in the look of the homes there, so you are avoiding the "cookie cutter" look. If schools are important or you would like to see some homes on line in that neighborhood, please refer to my website: http://www.sandyandkirsten.com. Also, Bill Warren, of Stockton Turner is a great resource for a loan. I see here he has already emailed you! Please log on to my site and ask for a ListingBook Account, which is "live MLS". Thanks, Ewa.

Town & Country is one of the classic neighbourhoods and safe. The average range is 180-300k. I personally have several friends who live in the area. You can reach me directly at arshipaul@gmail.com or call me 336-287-7193. I can share additional info with you. Are you planning to move to the area?
