NO there are no dogs allowed on the beaches. All these realtors are just trying to drum up buyers.

Hi Martice,
Most of the Vero central beach access points and public beaches are posted ,"No Animals" except handicap assist animals. There are some beach access areas to the north up by the Sebastian Inlet that are dog friendly and there are areas to the south that are dog friendly. Give me a call and I can give you the specifics.

Hi! I am a Florida native and have been coming to Vero Beach since I was a child. There are many reasons why I chose to move here (originally from South Florida) but the major draw is the unspoiled nature that is part of every day's enjoyment. More to the point, there are miles of sandy beach area along Vero Beach's Barrier Island. Whereas, there is some restriction for dog walks, these primarily exist within Vero Beach's city limits. Thus, depending upon where you find your dream home/condo you may or may not find this a problem. I would be delighted to help you with your search; please call Michelle direct anytime @ 772-538-4017.
