Your Homestead exemption will be transferable to any home you purchase and claim as primary residence in Florida. There are a lot of benefits to establishing Homestead.

This home is located 6.2 miles or 11 minutes from Charlotte Regional. It is 7.5 miles or 17 minutes from both Peace River Regional and Fawcett Memorial Hospital. You would have 3 hospitals within 17 minutes of the property.

There are other property located 5 minutes or less if you would like a list. We can do a radius search from any hospital and show you what properties are available.

We can be reached at 941-626-3640 or our website at www.mlsDetectives.com. Thanks again. Curt Mellon

Hi Joanna,
Did our rental agent get in touch with you? Many of the condo rentals do not allow pets for tenants. There are 9 unfurnished rentals in your price range in the MLS right now in our area that allow pets. Most are single family homes, there is also a condo, a mobile home and a villa.

I will email the listings to you to look over. If I can help with anything else, let me know.

The closest hospital in Punta Gorda would be Charlotte Regional Medical Center. There are other hospitals in Charlotte County in Port Charlotte which are Fawcett Memorial Hospital and Peace River Regional Medical Center.

Yes the City vote it down, But we need a link from Ft. Myers to Sarasota. So Iam going to work with
Ft. Myers about a link to Sarasota since Charlotte County don't want to do anything. The bus stops
will be paid for by the advertisers thay will be little buildings with lights & LED ADs.

From 33955 the closest beach is at the Ponce de Leon Park in Punta Gorda, about 15 minutes away. This little white-sand man-made beach is really great for sunbathing or just relaxing, but doesn't offer good swimming alternatives. it is perfect to take the kids out and see the sunsets. There are a playground with bbq and tables connected to the beach, a fishing pier, a boat ramp and a nature walkway to enjoy. By boat, as soon as you leave either Burnt Store Marina or Pirate's Harbor youwill be able to access many pristine beaches, Now if you are interested in open beaches, Englewood and Boca Grande are probably your best options by car, to the North and Mattlacha and Fort Myers Beach to the South. ... more

Phyllis Koch answered:
Certain towns, cities, counties, "deed-restricted" neighborhoods, home-owner associations, condos, and co-ops have ordinances or rules for the homes in their communities. They might regulate the color you can paint your home, whether you can park your boat or camper in your driveway, the type of fence you can install, etc.

Some folks like the rules and select a home in the community. They feel that the rules keep the neigborhood looking good and help keep home values relatively higher.

Other folks do not like the rules -- they might want to park their boat in their side yard!

Your Realtor and you should make sure that you understand the rules before you make an offer for a home in one of these areas.

If you have other questions or need help in selecting a home, you may email me at PHYLLJK@KW.com. You may search for homes at SEARCHFLORIDAREALESTATE.INFO.
