Jenny - there is no indication the seller will accept a land contract. It is probably priced a few thousand dollars high for the neighborhood and has only been on the market for 52 days. Not a long time considering the time of year and the bad weather we have experienced. However if you have a large downpayment (10% to 20%) it may be worth taking a closer look. Are you certain you will not qualify for a bank loan? I know several loan officers in the area and will be glad to share their contact info.

It is worth your time to phone me for a chat. There may be opportunities that you are not aware of.

Hi Jenny,

Most Sellers will not consider a land contract unless you have a large down. The down payment is more than what you would have with a mortgage product. Call me Friday, 444-1221, let's discuss the buying process and your situation!
