If you are asking if the owner would consider this then you need to direct your question to the listing agent as they are going to be the only one who can answer whether or not that is an option they will consider. Have your agent contact the listing agent directly.

Hey Kim! that's a great question and the answer is SURE.

Lease purchase can be a great way to go depending on what you are trying to do. Some times financing isn't possible. What are the terms that you can arrange with the owner? What is the property like?

If the question is related to 209 Silver City Drive, Boise ID 83713, which is for sale at $14,000 and a manufactured home, I say that's not going to include the land. Who's going to pay for the rent on the land in this case? Is that part of the lease payment or is that separate?

As you can see, there are a host of questions that need to be answered before knowing if the lease option is the best arrangement for you.

Remember, when something is listed for sale, the agent has been hired to sell it, not rent it. This can be a tough path to travel.

The questiion is why you would want to do that? You do not get any on the benifits of home ownership but a lot of the responsiblities. Usually the target price is the issue. The question is why don't you just want to purchase out right.
