Hi Pintopammy:
359 West SIERRA MADRE Blvd, Sierra Madre 91024 went on the market for sale in the MLS (Multiple Listing Services) on 8-3-2010 with an asking price of $425,000. On 11-17-2010 there was a price adjustment to $399,999. Then there was another price adjustment of $420,000 on 2-26-2011.

It appears the property went into escrow on 8-6-2010, but fell out on 11-3-2010. Then again into escrow on 11-24-2010, but fell out 2-26-2011. And again into escrow on 3-23-2011. The Seller is now looking for only "B"ack up offers.

It is possible that the property was appraised at the $420,000 price and that is where the Seller instructed their Realtor to put the asking price. Realtors are only to do what is legally instructed of them to do in writing by the Sellers.
