No one can really tell what house will or won't be offered as section 8, it's up to the owner of the property.
Section 8 homes must meet certain criteria.
Those requirements are administered by the Dept. of Community Affairs.
There is no way to stop section 8 from entering a neighborhood. It would be illegal to write it into a covenant or any other rules or regs.
Again, it's completely up to the property owner.
I will say it's highly unlikely once you go above a certain pricepoint.
